My
first piercing took place at Art Attack in Great Yarmouth. On holiday
at the time staying with our very best friends Kevin and Shirley. I had
been toying with the idea for a while but hadn't worked up the courage
until now. I
was
quite relaxed until I actually got into the studio. Luckily I didn't have
to wait and went straight on to the table. The female artist got straight
down to the job and said It would pinch a little when she applied a clamp
on the nipple to stabilize the area. This turned out to be the understatement
of the millennium. It bloody hurt! She then sprayed anaesthetic on the
nipple, but to be quite honest, the pain from the clamp far out waned
the pain of the needle going through the nipple and I didn't notice it.
It seemed like a life time but only took a couple of minutes. She asked
if I was ok, which I was, so I paid the £25 and left.
The nipple was really sore for about 3 weeks and then settled down. I cleaned it twice a day with salt water and didn't have any problems with infection. It's now been about seven weeks since having it placed and it has heeled well. My over all impression of Art Attack was one of competence but they could have slowed down a bit and took more time to explain what was about to happen and some written after care instructions would have been a help. My second Piercing, the Prince Albert, took
at a long time to work up to. I did a lot of research on the net before
looking for a studio to have this done. Friday afternoon arrived and I made my way nervously to the studio. The entrance is on market street via a small door and a flight of stairs. The waiting / area is really large and bright. The walls are lined with display cabinets full of body jewellery. They handed me a form to fill in and when this was done Julie took me upstairs to the piercing area. There are 3 bays separated by curtains, it was clean and tidy as you
would expect. I duly dropped my pants and lay on the couch. Julie applied
some anaesthetic to my penis. While this was taking affect she explained
what she My overall impression of Access All Areas is one of absolute professionalism. It seems they really care about the customer and try and give you as much information as possible. You get written after care instructions and a certificate with your name on and what you had done it cost £35. When I decide what I want next I will have it done here. Disaster struck last night! (10/11/2001) I lost my PA!! The ring ended up in Lesley and the Ball in me! They didn't appear untill the following morning. That was DEAD scarey, thought we would have to go to casulty. Imagine that!! so my PA is no more ;-( The address is
